  • Registering deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
  • Handover tenant to landlord.
  • 8% plus VAT of month’s rent plus a set up fee of £300 inc vat
  • This includes –

  • 10% plus VAT of month’s rent plus a set up fee of £300 inc vat

  • Tenancy renewals
  • Property inspections quarterly/6monthly
  • Annual rent review
  • Add on rent guarantee insurance and management
  • Termination of rent collection or management service £750 inc.vat
  • Termination after approving a tenant and withdrawing before tenancy commences £300 inc.vat
